The dmi_dell_parallel_port_caps_t union holds the capabilities of a Dell
parallel port, and is the type of the capabilities field of
dmi_dell_parallel_port_t. It is a packed 16-bit word, whose bits are read one
by one through the bit members, or all at once through __value. A bit is set
when the port supports the mode or the feature.

is_xt_at-
XT/AT mode (bit 0).
is_ps2-
PS/2 mode (bit 1).
is_ecp-
ECP mode (bit 2).
is_epp-
EPP mode (bit 3).

PC-98 mode (bit 4).

PC-98 Hireso mode (bit 5).

PC-H98 mode (bit 6).
