Intel Active Management Technology Information (Type 130)

Source: Intel AMT Implementation and Reference Guide, "AMT Information Table Parameter Definitions"; MeshAgent, modules/smbios.js; and the dumps of the data corpus.

Tells whether the platform supports Intel Active Management Technology (AMT), and which of its features are enabled. The structure is told by the $AMT signature at offset 0x04.

The guide gives the flags of the features as 0 when disabled, 1 when enabled, and values from 2 on as not applicable, and puts a structure version of two bytes after the signature, which no firmware of the data corpus holds. The flags are not consistent with each other on every platform, e.g. some give the network as enabled while AMT is not supported, so they are best taken as the firmware reports them rather than as the state of the platform.
