Intel RSD Processor CPUID Information (Type 193)

Source: Intel® RSD Firmware Extension Specification Software v2.3.2 (document 337201-003US), section 3.3.

Declares CPUID leaves of the processors in the system. Leaves 00h to 10h and 14h to 80000008h are stored in structures of different subtypes. The firmware constructs the structures as late as possible on every boot, so that they reflect the current configuration of the system.
