The dmi_hpe_dimm_vendor_t structure holds the decoded HP/HPE DIMM vendor
information, which tells the actual manufacturer of the module of a memory
device (type 17), whose standard fields hold the ones of HPE.
The structure is returned by dmi_entity_info for the structures decoded
by dmi_hpe_dimm_vendor_spec, of type DMI_TYPE(hpe_dimm_vendor), declared
in <opendmi/module/hpe.h>, once the HPE extension module (dmi_hpe_module)
is enabled, which it is for HP and HPE servers from Gen9 onwards. It lives as
long as the context it has been decoded in.

device_handle-
Handle of the memory device structure (type 17).
manufacturer-
Manufacturer of the module.
part_number-
Part number of the module, as its manufacturer gives it.
serial_number-
Serial number of the module, as its manufacturer gives it.
manufacture_year-
Last two digits of the year the module was manufactured in, from 2000, zero if unknown.
manufacture_week-
Week of the year the module was manufactured in, zero if unknown.
