The dmi_mgmt_device_component_t structure holds the decoded management device
component structure (type 35) of SMBIOS, which ties a probe or a cooling device
to the management device controlling it, and optionally to the threshold data
of the component. There is one structure for each component of a management
device.
The handles are resolved into the structures they refer to when the table is linked. Since the threshold data depend on the component, linking also tells the threshold structure the type of the component, which gives the units of its values.
The structure is returned by dmi_entity_info for the structures of type
DMI_TYPE(mgmt_device_component), and lives as long as the context it has been
decoded in.

Management device structure containing the component, whose information is a
dmi_mgmt_device_t. Set when linking;nullptrif the handle refers to no management device, which linking reports as an error. component_handle-
Handle of the structure defining the component: a voltage probe (type 26), a cooling device (type 27), a temperature probe (type 28) or an electrical current probe (type 29).

Handle of the management device threshold data structure (type 36) of the component, or
