HP/HPE Processor TControl Information (Type 211)

Gives the Tcontrol value of a processor, which Intel programs into each processor after the thermal properties of its transistors. The servers begin to spin up the fans at this temperature. The processor information structure (type 4) tells whether the processor is installed.
