dmi_processor_aarch64_data
Synopsis
#include <opendmi/entity/processor-ex.h>
typedef struct dmi_processor_aarch64_data {
dmi_processor_revision_t revision;
dmi_byte_t length;
dmi_byte_t __reserved;
dmi_word_t vendor_id;
dmi_byte_t subtype;
dmi_byte_t __reserved2;
dmi_byte_t subtype_specific_data[];
} dmi_processor_aarch64_data_t;
Description
The dmi_processor_aarch64_data_t structure describes the processor-specific
data of the processor additional information structures (type 44) of 64-bit Arm
(AArch64) processors: a header naming the vendor of the processor and the
sub-type of the data, followed by the data of the sub-type. A system has at
most one structure of each sub-type.
The structure is packed: it has no padding, and its fields are laid out as in
the data, whose multi-byte values are little-endian. The decoder does not use
it: it may be laid over the data field of dmi_processor_ex_t to read the
processor-specific data, once its architecture and length have been checked.
Fields
revision-
Revision of the format of the data, 1.0 at present.
length-
Length of the processor-specific data, in bytes: the 8 bytes of the header and the length of the sub-type specific data.
__reserved-
Reserved, zero.
vendor_id-
JEP-106 code of the vendor of the processor or of the silicon provider: the bank index in bits 14:8, and the identification code with its parity bit in bits 7:0. Bit 15 is zero.
subtype-
Sub-type of the data, one of the
dmi_processor_aarch64_data_subtype_tvalues. __reserved2-
Reserved, zero.
subtype_specific_data-
Data of the sub-type: AArch64 architecture data (
dmi_processor_aarch64_arch_data), or data defined by the vendor.
