Source: reverse engineered from the dumps of the data corpus.

Tells the vendor and the version of the video BIOS, e.g. "Intel Corp." and "2089" in dell/g15-5510.bin, or ATI and RADEON 7000 V6.11 in dell/poweredge-1800.bin.
