dmi_lenovo_bay_io

Synopsis

#include <opendmi/entity/lenovo/oem.h>

typedef struct dmi_lenovo_bay_io {
    dmi_binary_t signature;
    uint8_t offset;
    uint8_t number;
    dmi_binary_t bay_signature;
    uint8_t version;
    dmi_binary_t data;
} dmi_lenovo_bay_io_t;

Description

The dmi_lenovo_bay_io_t structure holds the decoded Lenovo bay I/O, OEM structure 2 of type 135, which describes the bays of a laptop. The OEM structure carries a signature of its own, `BAY I/O `, in place of the revision, followed by its version, and the layout of the rest is not known.

The structure is returned by dmi_entity_info for the structures decoded by dmi_lenovo_bay_io_spec, of type DMI_TYPE(lenovo_bay_io), declared in <opendmi/module/lenovo.h>, once the Lenovo extension module (dmi_lenovo_module) is enabled, which is done for IBM and Lenovo platforms. It lives as long as the context it has been decoded in.
